Jonny had twenty years of work behind him and almost no way for anyone to find him. No website. No Google Business Profile. An old Facebook page from a partnership he had left, and no password to get back into it. Everything was coming through word of mouth and a Rated People listing.

He is Gas Safe registered, City and Guilds qualified and LPG certified, covering all of Northumberland and Newcastle. Bathrooms, boilers, full heating systems, 24 hour call outs. Plenty of demand in the area. Nothing pointing at him.

He already had done his van branding, so we built a full brand book from it, colours, typefaces and the graphic language, then built the website to match. What arrives on the customer's drive and what they find online now look like the same business.

Alongside the site we set up his Google Business Profile from scratch, built a lead system so every enquiry lands in one place, and put tracking across phone, forms and email so he can see exactly where his work is coming from.
